CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. A no-show will result in being required to pay a deposit before booking a new appointment. I understand that circumstances do arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without any prior communication. Things happen, I understand as long as you're able to communicate with me :)
