CANCELLATION POLICY
These policies are not personal. They are in place to protect the integrity of both of our schedules and ensure fairness to all clients. I understand that things happen and above all, communication is key! As long as you communicate with me I will try to accommodate you! Booking & Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, all clients must keep a valid card on file. Rescheduling Policy I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice: A 15% service fee will be charged. Cancellation Policy I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows (no text, no call, no heads up) will result in a 100% service charge and future appointments will require a deposit. Late Arrival Policy I understand that things happen! A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
